Refund policy

At Korex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at survivedistancee@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can assist you.

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Once a return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied by Korex, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-use products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
